Murphy
Murphy was placed in rescue at 9 years of age, and our first impressions of Murphy were that she’s a total delight. She’s happy, energetic, lovable, and likes being with people and other dogs. She came to us with wonderful manners and a warm, loving temperament. Unfortunately, she had very limited vision due to cataract in both eyes.
Happily, some really nice people wanted her despite her vision issues and she’s now in her forever home. Soon after Murphy was adopted two canine ophthalmologists offered a significant discount to correct her vision, and we began a campaign to raise the remaining $3,000.00 needed for her surgery. Through the generous support of many kind hearted people, Murphy can now see again.
