Kahn
Khan came to us when he was about three and half years old, along with his friend Jess. He was a big boy with a nice tail, and basically healthy. As a young, energetic dog we decided he needed a home with an active owner who would give him lots of exercise and room to run.
His foster family worked with him on manners and other socialization needs. We placed Khan in a new forever home where he is loved and doing well. Special thanks to his foster parents Jens & Dawn Laundrup for giving Khan and his friend Jess the fresh start they needed.
Update from Kahn’s foster family as of October 2013:
“I got an email from Kahn’s new mom. He is doing fabulous. He gets dog chiropractic and massage weekly, he has stopped eating seatbelts in his mom’s Lexus, and he really likes spending his days at the bookstore, mornings and nights at the beach. He is still a giant klutz, but a lovable one.”
